Our clinic is approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and fully eMedical-enabled — results are submitted to IRCC electronically, within 10 calendar days.

The medical exam process
When you arrive
We ask for your government-issued identification to confirm your identity. Depending on the tests required, you may be asked to present it again — this protects the integrity of your exam.
Medical history questionnaire
Your panel physician walks through your medical history with you — previous or existing conditions, and any medications you take. Being complete and honest here keeps your exam moving; missing information can slow processing down.
Physical exam
A comprehensive physical exam: height and weight, hearing and vision, blood pressure, heart and lungs, abdomen, pulse, limb movement and skin. Depending on your age, a chest X-ray and blood test follow — in the same building, same visit. Your physician may order further testing depending on the findings.
After your exam
We submit your results to IRCC through eMedical, within 10 calendar days, and give you a document — an Information Sheet or IMM1017B — confirming you completed the exam.
