Seamless experience - I was the first person at the clinic with the 9:10 AM appointment on Saturday. The staff, doctors along with the lab technicians were all very friendly. Everything seemed to be well organized. The X ray and blood tests were also smooth (total process took 30mins) - everything in the same building so was really quick. 100% recommend going to them.

Quick, patient and friendly. I came on the wrong date for my appointment, but they did their best to accommodate me, the process was very smooth and quick. Everyone was friendly and was in and out in no time.

I really enjoyed my experience there, The staff was super nice and friendly, Dr Lam was amazing, informative and quick though, the lady in the reception was so nice and She gave me clear instructions that I followed easily even the staff of X-ray and blood work, service was fast and smooth. Actually a decent experience. My appointment starts a bit later than my scheduled time but the whole process tooked less than an hour. The front desk stuff and the doctor are very kind and respectful. After the checkup with the doctor, you go down to do a lab test and an x-ray, all within the same building. Very convenient.

I completed my medical exam for PR this morning and the process was smooth and less stressful than I anticipated. I went through the physical, chest x-ray, and blood test in less than the maximum 1.5 hours and everyone was kind and helpful.

The clinic is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the overall medical process is so fast and efficient! I was in and out in less than an hour :) I totally recommend this clinic for medical exams and procedures!

I had such a fantastic experience. First off, the location is perfect—right in the middle of downtown and super easy to get to. The clinic itself is bright, clean, and immediately felt welcoming. The best part, though, was the efficiency. I literally had almost no wait time, which is rare and honestly amazing. Today my husband and I went to Immigration Medical Toronto , I was very impressed by how organized and efficient everything was. All the examination were done on the same floor, which made the whole process very convenient. The signs were very clear, and the receptionist was extremely patient and helpful. I would also like to give a big thumbs up to Dr. Chan. He was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the examination. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an immigration medical exam.

The entire experience has been exceptional. Wait time was reasonable (I was booked for 3pm, and was out of the clinic at 4 pm). Moreover, I found everyone - from the office representatives, the x-ray technician and the doctor - to be highly professional, patient and attentive. Dr. Chan made sure to answer all my questions and explain the process. I am really thankful to him and all the clinic's staff.
